Dear Lenbrook Families, Friends, and Partners,

On Tuesday, January 20, we identified a positive associate COVID-19 case that impacts the 2nd Floor Health Care Center (Lenox Tower). We activated infection control measures in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidance to ensure the safety of residents and associates.

Visitor Guidelines
We strongly encourage all visitors to:

Follow core infection prevention principles, including hand and cough hygiene.
Wear a mask.
Practice social distancing
Stay up to date with recommended vaccines per CDC guidelines.

2nd Floor HCC Infection Control Update

Visitation:
- Remains open with infection prevention measures in place.
Testing:
- Weekly testing for residents began Tuesday, January 20, and will continue through Tuesday, February 3.
- All associates and outside personal providers (OPP) follow Lenbrook testing protocols.
- After Tuesday, February 3, if all tests remain negative, normal operations will resume.
