Notification to Family or Next of Kin of COVID-19 Cases

Dear Lenbrook Families, Friends and Acquaintances:

We have identified a positive COVID case within our Assisted Living.  This notification will cause our facility to heighten our infection control process to assure the utmost safety for our residents and associates. ALL VISITORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO:

• Understand and adhere to the core principles of infection prevention.
• Encouraged to wear a mask
• Practice social distancing
• Stay up to date with recommended vaccines per CDC

The plan is outlined below per floor:

• Visitation:
  • Continuing as usual, however we encourage mask usage, social distancing and adhering to the core principles of infection prevention.
• Testing:
  • Resident testing will occur on Tuesdays until and including August 20, 2024.
